These Terms and Conditions apply to the Burger King advanced ordering microsite cheesytrio.burgerking.com.sg. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering. By accessing our site and initiating transactions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy. By accepting and playing any of our promotional offers, you confirm that the promotional terms and conditions have been read, printed, understood and agreed to.
Burger King reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you carefully read, each time you order online, the Terms and Conditions as they may affect your rights.
All photos and images of the Goods shown on the microsite are also for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual Goods.
Indulge & Win Contest
This contest is available for all to play. No purchase required upon contest entry.
Whenever you enter a legitimate email address to participate in Indulge & Win Contest, you will be given 3 chances per unique email id within promotion period or when this microsite is in operation.
Winners of each round will receive his/her unique promo code via email that he/she has input at the start of the session. Burger King Singapore will not be liable for wrong email addresses entered and will not be able to reverse or grant additional wins in the event of wrong email address used.
Promo codes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Redemption of promo codes can only be made via BK App self-pickup or via in-store kiosks with any purchase and are valid for use after breakfast hours till 6 June 2022. Each promo code can only be used once.

Burger King reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary the above terms from time to time without prior notice.

1.1 We may provide links to third party websites which are not maintained by Burger King. We do not investigate or monitor these third party websites and does not necessarily share the opinion expressed on any third party website.
1.2 The link to a third party website is included only as a convenience and Burger King shall not be: (a) held responsible for the content and accuracy of these third party websites and shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from access to those websites; or (b) considered to be associated or affiliated in whatever manner with any trademarks or service marks, logos or other contents used or appearing at those websites.

2.1 The microsite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise. Use of the microsite is solely at your own risk.
2.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant and we disclaim any and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

5.1 If any provision in these Terms & Conditions shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any enactment or rule of law, such provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms & Conditions, but the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
